Method
- Pour 1 tsp. of basil olive oil into the bottom of each ramekin.
- Divide the tomatoes into the 4 ramekins.
- Divide the mushroom/chard mixture between the ramekins
- Crack an egg on top.
- Pour 1 Tbls. cream over the egg.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the yolk is how you like it.
- Eat immediately!!
